HR ADVISORY SERVICES
We offer HR Advisory Services to deliver sound, practical advice and guidance on all aspects of HR. This could be a stand-alone role within your organization, or if you already have someone in-house who handles HR, then we can offer support to supplement or enhance your existing team.
Your HR Advisor will be up-to date on current trends and have access to resources to provide expert advice no matter what the situation. HR Advisory Services can be customized to meet your business needs, including being delivered on-site or remotely.
HR Program and Policy Development
We can help you develop and implement specific HR programs that meet the business goals of your organization. These programs may include, but are not limited to: those that effectively recruit and onboard employees, reward employees competitively in your market, manage employee performance and develop leaders and employees.
Policies are the foundation of any effective HR function and we can help you to define, develop and implement the polices you need and/or update existing policies based on current trends and legislation.
HR Assessments and Training
In some cases, a review of the HR function may be required to improve the overall effectiveness of the function, or the setting up of a new function may be required if one does not exist. We offer current state assessments of the HR function together with recommendations on areas where the HR function can be improved.
In addition, we offer training to improve HR’s effectiveness. This training will highlight the best practices based on an employee life cycle model.
Recruitment
In conjunction with our recruitment partner, we develop and deliver recruitment solutions to attract qualified staff that meet both your short and long-term resourcing needs.
These solutions include developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies to recruit staff both domestically and from international markets. Our International Recruitment Program (IRP) provides end-to-end support to recruit, hire, and relocate qualified staff from many different international markets. This support includes making the appropriate government applications to recruit staff internationally and support for the recruitment and selection process, immigration and employee settlement.
IRP offers an “a la carte” approach that provides flexibility for you to pick those areas of the program that complement your current recruitment efforts.
