Leadership Coaching

We offer Leadership Coaching services to help organizations build and develop effective leadership capabilities.  Leadership Coaching is a process that helps already effective leaders to be even better at what they do in all areas of leadership.  Effective leadership translates into strong company performance and bottom-line results.

Our approach to Leadership Coaching is customized to each individual leader and his/her needs; however, the following outlines a general overview of the process.

Learning Objectives

To kick-off the process, your coach will work with you to develop important learning objectives as foundation for coaching.

Leadership Assessments

Your coach will administer leadership assessment tools to provide insights into your leadership skills, style and behaviours. The learning objectives identified above may be adjusted based on these assessments.

Action Planning

At this step, the action plans identified above are implemented over a period of time.

CLOSURE AND RENEWAL

Following the implementation of action plans, your coach will discuss the next steps in your development as a leader.

Leadership Development Programs & Workshops

We offer leadership development programs and workshops for all organizational levels from emerging leaders to front line leaders, middle and senior managers.  In addition, we work with leadership teams to improve their effectiveness as a team.  We take a customized approach to our program and workshop designs to meet the unique needs of each organization.

Building High Performance Teams

In today’s organizations, teams that are organized around work functions, processes or projects are commonplace, and the effective functioning of these teams is critical for business success.

Our proven process is designed to improve team effectiveness for all types of teams, and at all stages of their development.

Establishing a new team

The kickoff of a new team is both an opportunity and a point of vulnerability if the team does not get off to a good start.

Improving effectiveness
for intact teams

Intact teams are those teams that typically report to a singular leader and have a common purpose.

Improving effectiveness for
cross functional teams

Cross functional teams are those teams who must work together to achieve shared goals and objectives where multiple leaders are involved.

INTERVENTIONS for
STRUGGLING teams

in some cases teams may be struggling for a variety of reasons and a predictable outcome is underperformance to stated goals and objectives.
