What is Interim Leadership?

Interim Leadership is the provision of leadership resources and skills for a short-term assignment where a proven leader is required to manage a period of transition, crisis or change within an organization. In this situation, a permanent role may be unnecessary or impossible to find on short notice. In addition, there may not be a suitable or available internal candidate to take up the position in question.


Who would you work with?
